100inc. has concluded a partnership agreement with "aries TOKYO FC" operated by Aries Tokyo Inc.

As the first step in an initiative that leverages the know-how and assets of both companies, the two companies will work together to develop a CRM package for professional sports clubs in the future through a CRM demonstration experiment in the sports domain that utilizes HubSpot.

aries TOKYO FC is a club team for working adults established in 1970. The club has grown into a football club with six adult teams and a junior youth team, with a total of about 200 members. The top team, Elease Tokyo, is a strong club team aiming to join the J-League.

CRM Demonstration Experiment in the Sports Domain Using HubSpot

This demonstration experiment will challenge the creation of a platform that connects aries TOKYO FC fans/supporters and the club, with HubSpot's CRM at its core.

Through community and participatory projects, fan events, premium content, and other measures, we will accelerate good relationships with fans and improve satisfaction, just like the "flywheel" advocated by HubSpot.
