We would like to introduce the "Life Curve Sheet" that we have introduced in our selection process.
This "Life Curve Sheet" was actually conducted by all employees at the company-wide review MTG workshop held in July 2022. Since the selection process is not determined by the contents of this sheet, we ask you to relax and draw as realistic a story as possible.
What is a Life Curve Sheet?
Reflecting back on your life, extract memorable topics on which your emotions have swung dramatically, and create a life curve based on a time axis and an emotional axis.
This is an opportunity to learn what triggers the ups and downs of emotions and personal characteristics.
What values and goals you hold dear.
In a typical interview, you will be asked about your career history, but your life after graduation from school and entering the workforce is limited.
We want to get to know your life, not your career, and learn about the values and goals you hold dear. That is our main goal.
It is rare to know what kind of childhood you had, what kind of elementary school you attended, what made you happy, and so on.
What kind of experiences and feelings you had in your childhood will give us a chance to know your important ideas and latent values that you are not even aware of.
